    I read somewhere it was 616 canon, but in the "pre-OMD" continuity.

    I'd rather deal with the implications and have the fun of exploring what's going on in the "present" with the other timeline then.

    I hear you. I’ve got this parallel timelines thing in my head so that post-OMD isn’t fully retconned out of existence to be fair to newer readers, but there’s also a way forward where Pete and MJ didn’t lose all this time together the past 15 years.

    Right. This was part of my thought process. It actually allows for storylines to be written where OMD never happened without fully erasing everything that has happened post-OMD.
