Rabin Jr./Paul will turn out to be Marcus Immortus(or Marcus Immortus Lite, Wells goes full Avengers #200).
Jokes aside:
Kraven and Goblin Queen Teamup to attack Spider-Man before the hunt.
Instead of going after Goblin Queen(after hunting Kraven), Spider-Man attacks Norman instead.
I'm hoping that an intake of Norman's sins finally answers the question what happened to the child that would have been May "Mayday" Parker in the 616.
MJ will continue to be written poorly.
Felicia will absolutely not last as Peter's GF.
Wedding issue will probably set up the return of the Emissary to some extent.
MJ and Rabin Jr. will be at the wedding for some reason.
And Rabin Jr. will probably turn out to be the emissary of his world(cause the whole I killed my father thing seems a little suspect, seeing as he lied to MJ for years to hide his actions/relationship to Rabin Sr.).
Nick Lowe will continue to act like the current run is the best Spider-Man material from the last five years and favour "Zebheads"(ffs)'s letters.
And will continue trying to ragebait with comments like "yet(?)" and ignoring the editorial's mistakes in the run("husband", and the magically changing outfits).

My guesses.

Peter and MJ will get back together before the end of Zeb Wells' run.
Wells leaves around Issue 52.
There will be a big showdown with the Norman Osborn Green Goblin. It's probably going to tie into the Goblin Queen's story. I don't know if it'll end with Norman the bad guy again.
There will be another Chasm story. I think it'll end with him as the good guy again.

Yeah the ring still bothers the hell out of me, its a very unresolved plot point(I guess if they really wanted to do crappy soap opera Paul proposes to MJ using Peter's ring, good god I hope not).
The whole MJ goes to Peter to reconcile really makes sense to me(at least from a fault point of view, it being crappy, I'm a bit iffy on), but its certain Felicia will not last(even if Peter chooses her initially).

It's certainly possible. We've got the big arc with an upgrade for Doc Ock, just as Superior got announced.
