SLA Industries is a contender for ‘all of the above’.

Weyland-Yutani has to be up there.
Omni Consumer Products was pretty bad.
Cyberdyne Systems was very bad for society in general, but out of a single error more than a commitment to evil like the others.
LexCorp and OsCorp and Roxxon.
Wolfram and Hart is technically a partnership, not a corporation, but it is very, very bad.
Some of the Cyberpunky megacorps like Aztechnology or Renraku from ShadowRun, Arasaka from Cyberpunk, etc.
Manpower Incorporated from the Honorverse is an interstellar slave trading organization.
The Umbrella Corp. caused a zombie apocolypse, so that's not good.

Zinco (from Hellboy/BPRD comics) is terrible for customers and eventually for society in general.

Omni Consumer Products aka OCP (Robocop) is pretty awful. First they try to overthrow the government of the City of Detroit, in order to replace Detroit completely with their Delta City. Then they instead try to foreclose on every homeowner in Detroit for the same purpose. By the third movie, OCP stock tanks and the company goes bankrupt.

Hard to top serving the embodiment of corruption and working to end all of creation. Every member of the board is a horrific monster who makes Ted Bundy look good, every product taints human souls and makes them susceptible to madness and possession by banes.

The Data Recovery Foundation (DRF) from Biomega is pretty awful.

Infects the planet with a zombie virus in a bid to create immortal people, wiping out 99% of humanity. They are controlled by a megalomanic psychic immortal who wants to remake the world in her image. A goal that she actually succeeds in doing.

Kills all of humanity, largely destroys the planet and replaces it with a constructed world of her own design that is travelling through deep space. So, a death count in the billions, an entire planet destroyed and a feudalistic totalitarian society instituted.

Pretty bad.
