I can think of a few off the top of my head.

The Fonz leather Jacket

Captain Kirks Uniform - Edit - I think the Red shirts on Star Trek are more Iconic as that is the uniform everyone makes jokes about.

The Riddlers question mark leotard suit from Batman

Emma Peels Jumpsuit from The Avengers

The Partridge Family Stage Outfits.

Trying to think of TV characters who wore the same thing a lot. It’s easier to think of an iconic style, like Alexis/Krystle on Dynasty, Endora on Bewitched, or Sheldon on BBT.

Arrow's Season 1 suit was always my favorite. I loved it so much, I actually found a company that was making leather replicas of that jacket with the hood and bought one for myself.

Not sure what you're implying, but she's not wearing a jumpsuit in that picture. Emma Peel's iconic look is also usually referred to as a "catsuit."

Anime-wise there's quite a few; the Sailor moon suits, Goku's Gi, Spike Spiegel's suit etc...

Char Aznable's mask look is so iconic that pretty much every Gundam series that doesn't feature him has a similar masked character.
