On March 27th, Duggan tweeted: "Fun fact: the winner is hiding under the Hellfire Gala logo on Phil's cover." Here is that cover.

Jean Grey in the words of Walt Whitman, from his masterpiece Leaves of Grass, "Song of Myself" (51 and 52):
"Do I contradict myself? Very well then I contradict myself, (I am large, I contain multitudes.)"
"Failing to fetch me at first keep encouraged, Missing me one place search another, I stop somewhere waiting for you."

I can see the in story reason for him being on the team as a PR stunt because of all the anti-mutant propaganda Orchis has spread. Having an actual human (even if he is a former villain) might be their attempt to show how inclusive they are.
I don't hate it but I would have taken literally anyone else in the poll before the Juggernaut, especially Jubilee, Dazzler and Cannonball. Sam would have actually been Duggan's choice if I recall correctly so hopefully he'll find a way to write him anyway like he did M.
Even if it isn't a PR stunt having a non-mutant on the team when mutants are being hunted is a good thing as he might actually be "sneakier" than other members. Although we'll see how long that lasts since the sentinels are programmed for all supers not just mutants.
Juggs is like a giant. Pretty sure he will draw attention no matter where he goes.
Anyway I voted for him so Im happy with seeing him here. You can explore a lot of dynamics with him that you can't do with the others. Though considering Duggans run so far, it remains a big question mark if he is actually able to deliver on that.
"This is me being reasonable"
Sneakier in that if Orchis has tech that detects Mutants (like we saw with the Sentinel in one of the previous X-Men issues) having someone who isn't a mutant may be able to get past them.
With the solicit for X-Men 25 (to me) implying that the book may focus on a more stealthy team possibly breaking people out of Orchis' prisons, he works on both fronts.
While I do like Juggy...and that poster/illustration is the HAWTTNESS!!!...this is a very meh reveal for me.
