New Comic Leak: Amazons Attack

All my favorite WW stories spotlight characters who have absolutely nothing to do with WW and could appear in other ongoing books at the moment.

Such favorites include;

Mary is showing up in Billy's book, for the record.

I'm going to be optimistic for a few days, but maybe Artemis, Donna and Cassie will be in the main series, as part of Diana's support cast or maybe in the Back up story.
We know that King said that he's going to write some back up surely referred to to Trinity. But maybe in this first arc we will have a back up by another writer on some of them.
It wouldn't be crazy Artemis, for example, to join Diana, Etta and Steve, and Donna and Cassie to star in the Back up.
Well, they are just expressions of desire that I want to be fulfilled. We will see.

hard to say? Grace did have a fairly prominent role in the recent 'Vixen' Webtoon, and it did have quite a few people checking it out.

Let’s not jump the gun until issues come out or at least the interviews for this do.
For all we know, Cassie or Artemis could be recruited for this in the 2nd issue.
Or this team is out together to rescue Artemis or Cassie from the government.

This is what I was thinking when I saw the line-up, either that or Cassie and Artemis are casualties. Artemis has died already and if her new Amazon magic power wasn't temporary, she could easily be brought back to life. Cassie on the other hand is in real jeopardy.

I'm taking an optimistic stance because there may be need for counter-programming from Tom King and an Amazon team book is something I've always wanted. I would have called it Birds of Paradise, but it's understandable DC is trying to take the stench off Amazons Attack, this isn't their first attempt.

I wonder if they're going to keep with her being Diana's sidekick.

I think Cassie’s death kickstarts the event.

Cassie would need to be in this title for me to pick it up...but definitely not as a kickstart death. Donna would be a draw for me too.

As much as I like wonder girl, the whole concept of the amazons hasn’t really interested me in a while.
