I only picked up the two Greens (will probably pick up Earth 2 later, and I'll get Swamp Thing in the trades)

Green Arrow was the best and tied into the main weekly really well. So glad I read the weekly first though otherwise the one-shot would've spoiled that nice reveal at the end.
Green Lantern was so-so. It was nice to see Relic, Krona, and the Black Lanterns back, but the story itself was actually quite generic.

Out of the ones I read:

    Swamp Thing
    Grayson
    Green Arrow
    Detective Comics

I'm not even reading FE weekly, and this is already a ten times better September than Villains Month.

My LCS didn't get their non-lenti Swamp Things in last Wednesday so I didn't wind up getting any yet. Sorry to hear that Aquaman is on the lower end this year, because I'm probably going to get that through my subscription (but then my Batman subscription sent me Joker last year so anything will be better).

It's not bad per say but unlike the rest of the Tie ins Aquaman isn't a one shot so everyone have to wait for Aquaman and the others to find out how it ends.

The first week of these were surprisingly good to me. Much better than the Villains issues last year. In particular, I thought Grayson and Swamp Thing were two of the better single issues DC has put out this year. Everything else was good, except Action which left me kind of flat

Its written by Jurgens so it depends if you like Aquaman and the Others title or not. I personally find his work rather generic (thou not terrible) so it was on the lower end for me since we got some interesting stuff last week.

Aquaman - Thought it was solid. I actually liked how it will be resolved in Aquaman & the Others.
Grayson - Quite good. Even with all the time jumping, it added a nice suspense aspect to it.
Green Arrow - My choice for the best out of the three. Kept me engaged and interested the entire way. The Deathstroke part was pretty good. Very good art!

I'm quite surprised to see all the positive remarks about Grayson. My fear was that this series would not do so well because he's not under the guise of Nightwing and that it has a totally different vibe to it. Hope it lasts though.

Truth to tell...I could not care any less about the Futures End one -shot as it: 1. occurs five years into a future that 2. May likely not ever be realised because...you know...sometimes it is very difficult for DC editors to stick to their planned write-ups/directions.

In other words I find the concept utterly pointless.

I just wish DC would stop with these "cut in the middle of an ongoing storyline" gimmicks just to "celebrate" the NU52reboot.

I only read Grayson and the Detective issues, and I rather enjoyed both, even with the controversial ending of the latter. I'm somewhat curious about this week's Batman, but I'm not a fan of ACO's art, so I may just pass on it. That said, all the praise that Green Arrow and Swamp Thing have gotten makes me want to read them, but unfortunately, I don't read either of those series.

So, a suggestion: can we rate not only the quality of these titles but how well they can be read as stand-alone stories for those who don't follow the series? Thanks, everyone!

Green Arrow can be easily followed as it explains who everybody is and their purpose i can't say the same about swamp thing while i don't fully understand since beside the FE one shot i only read 3 latest issues but i really enjoyed it as well.

I bought and read Swamp Thing Futures End without recently following that title (gave up after issue #6 when Snyder was writing it) . . . I wasn't as impressed as others are, but I think part of that is much of what happened in the issue was lost on me.

Frankly what happened in Swamp Thing's FE issue has very little to do with what is actually happening in it "now". Sure, you might better understand what different kingdoms are, but Green, Red, Fungi and Rot were completely different to what they are now. Bacteria we haven't see yet and metal just made one page appearance so far, but next arc should focus on it.
