I'd like to see a lot more teams beyond the Justice League/JLA, the Justice Society or the (Teen) Titans.
For contemporary time purposes, the Legion/LOSH is off the table.
I'd like to see newer combinations of heroes as well as all new people.

Makes we wish DC took the teams introduced in "Doomsday Clock" and actually did something with it:
Japan's "Big Monster Action"
India's "Doomed"
Iran's "Elite Basu"
China's "Great Twenty"
Israel's "Hayoth"
France's "Justice League Europe"
UK's "Knight's Inc"
Markovia's own "Outsiders"
Russia's "The People's Heroes"
Australia's "Sleeping Soldiers"
Yes. Though, while I love the idea of exploring teams of heroes in other countries, there are other teams in the DCU that can be explored. The Outsiders (or Outlaws, since you have Brion's Markovian team taking that name), can be a team that, as the name implies, operates outside the constricts of the law. And the Shadowpact (which I find a much better name than Justice League Dark) to deal with mystical threats.
Peace
Yeah, the Outlaws haven't, and shouldn't, be beholden to any one country. Could do a combination of bounty hunting, info gathering, and working behind the scenes to take down more powerful groups and such.
I'd be happy if they just started doing The Terrifics again.

For when my rants on the forums just aren’t enough: https://thevindicativevordan.tumblr.com/
They should bring the Justice Guild into the DC universe.
There was a team of African heroes that was alluded to at the end of Robinson's run on JLA that never came to fruition, probably because of the Flashpoint/New 52 nonsense that stopped every good idea in its tracks. It'd be cool to get to see that team come to life, maybe with Congorilla as a member.
Beyond that and other standards people have mentioned, I'd like to see a new take on the Forgotten Heroes (get folks like Swashbuckler on there), maybe a team made up of the reincarnated/time-lost victims of Heroes in Crisis, and a space-faring team made up of established characters (maybe using the Wanderers name).
And if we're not locked in on contemporary, give me a team of heroes set between the JSA and the JLA in the late 60s/70s. Make Blue Beetle Dan Garrett the team leader.
