Maybe, maybe not. They missed Fantastic Four #444.

I'm hoping that will not be the case with Daredevil #666 (in the coming months).

Yeah it's the Kwannon by Caselli variant.

They also missed Uncanny #650 but the temptation to celebrate #700 with 700 variant covers will be too much for Marvel to resist.

Well, the original 90s Adjectiveless series numbering turned into X-Men Legacy. Then they launched the Gischler and Woods adjectiveless titles alongside Legacy. So the Adjectiveless series numbering is already complicated.

The idea that some hold is in the Krakoa era is the Uncanny Numbering = Flagship. So Adjectiveless, as the flagship, inherited its legacy numbers.

It's worth noting that Hickman insisted Legacy Numbering not be used for his X-Men series, though.

The legating numbering from the solicitations of the next months (not counting the others Krakoan titles) :

    -Spider-Man #11/167 (probably replaced by Superior Spider-Man)
    -Sensational She-Hulk #1/179
    -Captain Marvel #1/185 (#200 in early 2025)
-Guardians of the Galaxy #7/187 (#200 in late 2024)
    -Black Panther #5/217
    -Venom #27/227
-Moon Knight #28/228 (nearing the end of MacKay's run)
    -Ghost Rider #19/262
    -Miles Morales Spider-Man #11/293 (#300 in mid-2024)
    -Deadpool #10/335 (canceled it seems)
    -Wolverine #38/380 (#400 in mid-2025)
    -Doctor Strange #9/435
    -Invincible Iron Man #11/661
    -Daredevil #2/664 (#666 in december)
    -X-Men/Uncanny X-Men #28/693 (#700 in mid-2024)
    -Fantastic Four #12/705
    -Captain America #2/752
    -Immortal Thor #3/764
    -Avengers #7/773 (#800 in early 2026)
    -Incredible Hulk #5/786 (#800 in late 2024)

This is great, thanks for sharing it! It's interesting to see how many books have overtaken Fantastic Four's numbering due to the long pause that book took a few years ago. I would also be curious to find out where X-Force is at these days with the legacy number.

    -X-Force Vol.1 : 129 issues
    -X-Force Vol.2 : 6 issues
    -X-Force Vol.3 : 28 issues
    -Uncanny X-Force Vol.1 : 35 issues
    -Uncanny X-Force Vol.2 : 17 issues
    -X-Force Vol.4 : 15 issues
    -X-Force Vol.5 : 10 issues
-X-Force Vol.6 (current) : 45 issues as of now (on the road to #50 as the final issue ?)

So #285 issues without 2013's Cable and X-Force and #304 with.

It would be cool to bring back Uncanny X-Force at the same time as Uncanny X-Men (there's already the temporary return of Uncanny Avengers by Duggan).

And also the fact that the numbering/titles was changed in the second half of the 60's.

-Captain America took over the numbering of Tales of Suspense (starting with #100)
-Doctor Strange took over the numbering of Strange Tales (starting with #169)
-Thor took over the numbering of Journey into Mystery (starting with #126)
-Hulk took over the numbering of Tales to Astonish (starting with #102)

Whereas Fantastic Four had "only" 75 issues at that point in 1968.

Also I nearly forgot the many Punisher volumes (up to 256 issues).

Miles is reaching #300 but Wolverine is reaching #400 next year? That doesn't look right.

No Logan between 2014-2017 (except alternative versions), so the Miles ongoing (with the USM legacy numbering) had time to catch up during that time.

Oh I was wondering Iron Man was so far behind. His legacy starts from his #1 even though he shared Suspense with Cap.

Thanks for putting this together! I feel like if we're counting Uncanny X-Force we should also count Cable & X-Force, but that's just me, what matters is what Marvel will count when they eventually start showing the book's legacy numbering (I say when because most Marvel books do it so I feel it's just a matter of time or when the next change in editors happens)

    And also :

    Cable (vol.1, 2, 3, 4) : 171 issues
    Excalibur (vol.1, 2, 3, 4) : 193 issues
    New Mutants (vol.1, 2, 3, 4) : 196 issues
    X-Factor (vol.1, 2, 3, 4) : 272 issues
    X-Men/New X-Men/X-Men Legacy : 300 issues (there's also Gischler/Wood's X-Men as a separate thing it seems)

Any updates on a possible #700 for June or July?
