Just curious if one of the big two have it or no one at all?
I know DC had Powergirl change her name to that in Kingdom Cone. But I also know Jessica Jones went by that name post-Siege.

Did Jessica ever use it for more than a couple of issues though? I feel like if Marvel was serious about the name, we would have gotten a "Jessica Jones:Power Woman" comic or something.
No-one. A different company attempted to register it as a trademark in comics last year, but it was abandoned because they didn't file the paperwork properly.
Neither Marvel nor DC have ever even attempted to register it in the US.
I think Luke Cage tried to get Jessica Jones to use it so they would be Power Man and Power Woman.
Here it is...https://marvel.fandom.com/wiki/New_Avengers_Vol_2_8
Luke Cage and Jessica Jones are on a date. While discussing all the events that happened after the Superhuman Civil War, Cage suggests to his wife that she go by the name Power Woman. He is refused, because Jessica is worried about what may happen to their daughter.

All I wanted was to be unconditionally loved while never having to work on my flaws. Is that so much to ask?
