The best leader for Outsiders besides Batman

Black Lightning, by far, makes the most sense, if we're talking original members. If he and Katana are out, then having Arsenal or, and hear me out on this, Red Hood take over, wouldn't be bad either.

For Jason, yes he generally leads the Outlaws, when there is a group. And he's proven to be a decisive leader, and is no stranger to working outside of the "superhero norm". It's his specialty. He has backed away from killing as well. Young? Yes. But, if his continuity from his own series is followed, he is a great leader and tactician in his own right.

Just don't ask for subtlety in certain circumstances. He does have a propensity for going all out at points, but he's even better in those.

I voted Other because I've always wanted to see how Kate would handle leading the team. A Batwoman and the Outsiders title could be really, really interesting if you ask me.

Wouldn't Kate fall under the category of "a Bat family member" though?

During the One Year Later storyline the plan was to have Jason (dressed as Nightwing) take over the team. I know lots hated that idea but I actually was down for it. But they changed their minds once they decided not to kill Dick.
