That said, even playable and Movie Bison have Shocker/Electro-style powers, but aren't anywhere on Electro's durability or capabilities, if I recall. A normal Jean Claude van Damme, who is probably Comic Book Peak Human, was able to beat Movie Bison in pure hand to hand.

Depends on Bison version. The annoying thing about using the game version is that he really doesn't have many feats. I don't remember if SFV gave him any concrete feats in it's story. Then again I don't remember much about SFV's story....

Bison also has Supernatural willpower confirmed by JP in SF6 in World Tour mode giving insight on what it takes to handle Pyscho Power, and not anyone can handle it, and those that can't basically die from it.
