Quasar versus Doctor Doom

Quasar (Wendell Vaughn) when he had the Quantum Bands, versus Doctor Doom. All the usual Khazan defaults.

I’d say it’s probably a quickdraw, with both having stuff that could take the other out of the game, but Wendell’s best stuff is just outright quicker than Vic’s.

On that basis I’d probably give this to Wendell, but I’m a little bit wavy on it.

In a direct fight, I'd have to give it to Quasar. He tend to have more raw power at base level.

Agreed with the above. Quasar has more oomph. Doom might be able to take him down with the right spell but Quasar won't give him time to cast it.
