I enjoyed this, reminded me of Astonishing Spider-Man and Wolverine, which there’s even a reference to when they both think “why’d it have to be him.” I don’t think Marvel could decide whether they wanted Peter wearing his classic suit or not in this story, so it’s kinda a mix of the Norman suit, different on the cover too
I guess I shouldn't be surprised Spidey lost for the umpteenth time but maybe the point is the "losers" end up being the only ones who can save the day.
I guess it's OK if Spidey is a major part of the resolution (although he will probably be sidelined) to "lose," but I hate when writers forget how his powers work or how strong he is. Usually, this is limited to "________ kills the Marvel Universe" or rediculous Punisher comics, but Logan should not have been able to get the drop on Spidey (spider sense) , nor should he have been able to yank Peter off of the wall. (Even with power creep, Wolverine is not as strong as Spider-Man.)
