Default Would Paul work better as a Doctor Strange character then a Spidey One?

Paul seems out of place in a Spider-Man comic. He would be better suited for a Doctor Strange story, honestly you could keep his backstory relitively intact but you just get rid of MJ from the story.

Hell, OMD would have worked before as a Daredevil story.

Yes. And Rabin would have made a hell of a lot more sense as a Dr Strange or Thor baddie

Paul is honestly one of the more baffling characters I’ve seen in comics. By all accounts given his backstory he should be a complete basket case, but instead he’s just bland as hell.

I think Paul would work better as a bad memory.

He'd work best as a dead corpse.

Why would Dr. Strange care who Mary Jane is sleeping with?

Strangely, when he showed up, I always thought Judas Traveller would have fit better as a Doc Strange villain… oh well, he’s an X-Men thing now…

Absolutely! But only because I don't read Dr. Strange, and don't really care if Paul is shuffled off into a title I don't buy.

Yeah Paul absolutely sucks. The character exists to incite people invested in MJ/Pete.

Absolute waste of time and Wells not even comprehending that he's in a room with people let alone reading it.

Just cynical garbage getting comic stores to overstock in the hope that the controversy will sell and end up with a bunch of crap issues from a crap run on the bargain bin.

I feel embarrassed for everyone involved in creating this character and whose been mandated to include him in their stories.

He belongs in Dr Strange's book sure, after his true form as a living symbolic extension of Rabin is revealed and he turns into a goofy symbol drawn on a tablet of stone or piece of toilet paper and gets tossed in one of Strange's garbage relic storage units to be forgotten

Imma need a bit more on how the Catholic superhero makes a deal with the devil story would be better before we move on.
"Has Sariel summoned you here, Azrael? Have you come to witness the miracle of your brethren arriving on Earth?"

"I WILL MIX THE ASHES OF YOUR BONES WITH SALT AND USE THEM TO ENSURE THE EARTH THE TEMPLARS TILLED NEVER BEARS FRUIT AGAIN!"

"*sigh* I hoped it was for the miracle."

Dan Watters' Azrael was incredible, a constant delight and perhaps too good for this world (but not the Forth). For the love of St. Dumas, DC, give us more!!!

I don't think he'd work as Spider-Man supporting character ever, even if he was an actual character, also the whole "I helped with genocide" is pretty fucking irredeemable.

He should be in the Marvel Zombies timeline and dying in the most gruesome death possible.

He'd work better as a Punisher villain.

Namely cause the Punisher doesn't keep his villains around.
