Based on what Sharp went through? Seems about Batman fast, and that's being generous.

DoS was a foundational moment in my childhood that left me reeling with emotion. I love that comic.

Buuuut it is NOT without its critical flaws, especially when viewed through a Rumblers lense :P

My conclusion is the same as Sharp's. Nothing in that comic is applicable for evidence of true super speed on the part of Doomsday under Rumbles standards. The author was probably trying to have his cake and eat it with the comments from heroes about speed while simultaneously showcasing slow and unstoppable cruelty with the art.
