Default Should Wonder Woman Have Her Own Evil Ape/Gorilla?

The evil gorilla/ape villain is a popular trope in DC...from Gorilla Grodd to Monsieur Mallah to Ultra-Humanite and more.

Should Wonder Woman have her own gorilla enemy? Back in the Golden Age, Giganta was a gorilla turned human, but I'm thinking an actual primate.
The Lynda Carter show famously had her wrastle a gorilla called Gargantua. Should he get incorporated into the comics?

Or, an unsavory animal enemy, but something other than a gorilla? A super-powered, intelligent bear maybe?

Doesn't she already have an unsavory, super-powered animal enemy in the Cheetah?

In Gail Simone’s run, Diana had gorilla allies. That’s how it should be.

This, give her gorilla pals and bring back Tolifhar and the gorilla knights.

I like when writers lean into the “Earth mother” vibe and one of her powers is communion with animals - I don’t think she needs an animal villain (other than Cheetah which is a different situation). But I do think a trophy hunter type would be fitting, kinda like Kraven the Hunter but scaled way up to suit Diana’s power level.

Giganta started off as a gorilla.

    No.

Personally I despise this trope. Gorillas are peaceful, gentle animals (and before anyone says Harambe, that was a tragedy but there was a child's life at stake and chances could not be taken. As awful as it was, it had to be done).

A sapient chimpanzee enemy, now that would be a good idea. They are vicious creatures.

Yes, we have Giganta the gorilla, no need to get rid of her.
