Who is the lady behind Emma and Mystique and next to Mojo? Is it Jean (even though everyone else is a villain) or another character?

I think it’s Jean. Looks sort of like her 90’s outfit. There’s an X on her waist. Gonna go with Jean.

Seems to be Jean Grey, including wearing the big round X-men symbol on her belt she has on her 90's costume.

Though her presence is certainly odd given everyone else is a villain.

You’re right about everyone else, but I think the lizard looking creature is a Brood. (It’s more clear in the original pinup).
