Wonder how much input Lloyd Kaufman had in this. Its good to see that he is on as a producer and I really hope that it does pay homage to Troma which is a staple in "B" low budget movies.

If this is anything like the old Troma films then I am all for it. And hey if it is a hit maybe we can get a new Surf Nazis Must Die

I was hoping for Class of Nuke Em High or maybe Sgt Kabukiman.

I'm only passively interested to see it eventually.

Elijah Wood just looks like Gollum to me. I'm interested. It will never match the original because this will have such a large budget and those older films, well, didn't. And lots of the jokes done in those previous films just couldn't be done today, I don't think. Nevertheless, interested.

He looked like a Burton-esque Penguin to me but now all I see is Gollum, lol. Thanks for that!

I loved the original and other Troma movies like Redneck Zombies.

Lol, well they are certainly leaning into the Troma vibe.
