Yeah! I heard the same thing, too. In addition, Jim Lee was supposed to do the artwork.
But instead, Mr. Lee decided to take a year-long sabbatical to focus on his growing business at the time...

I only read the Fury and Horus out of the 6 but those 2 books were a lot of fun. I also really enjoyed the Silver Age Shadowhawk, very funny stuff with his teen sidekick and the dog.
