He doesn't say it as much as he used to, but Shatterstar used to say "Za's Vid!" and "Fekt" a lot.

Solo, a rather minor Spider-man character that used to be a lot more prominent in the '90s also used to announce "Where Solo lives, Terror dies!"

Fool Killer actually had a couple of catchphrases. My favorite being "Live a Poem, or die a fool!"

I’m yesterday’s Iron Man issue, Tony Stark rips off the Beast, saying “oh my stars and garters”.

I know this was just a juvenile prank that Rick pulled on Captain Marvel, but I've always enjoyed this one...

    O-WHA... TAGOO... SIAM!

As for any valid catchphrases that belong to Genny, a personal favorite would be...

    Grozit!

Well, given that Psylocke has since changed identity (it's Kwannon now, not Betsy who became Captain Britain), I assume this one won't be used any more.

    "Suffering Shad!" - Namorita.
"Imperius Rex!" - Namor the Sub-Mariner.
"Avengers Assemble!", "To Me My X-Men!", "Champions Charge!" - all used as battle cries by the team leaders. Interestingly, while the Teen Titans have an equivalent, "Titans Together!", the JLA doesn't.

"With Great Power There Must Come Great Responsibility" - Peter Parker, Spider-Man.
"Good is not a thing you are, it's a thing you do" - another famous Kamala Khan quote (it's her equivalent to Spidey's great power line).
"The focused totality of my telepathic powers..." - Psylocke

"Ahm nigh-invulnerable when ahm blastin'!" - Cannonball

    "With great power..." - Spider-Man

"Get your War on!" - Speedball, trying out a battle cry for the New Warriors
"Shut up, Robbie!" - the rest of the New Warriors

I think Englehart gave him "Fantastic Four Forward!" in one later issue of his run when the old team finally got back together. It didn't stick of course.

I think for Reed it's "I've been thinking."
