Fall of X: Where are the mutants now

Okay, after the attack of Orchis at the Hellfire Gala, all citizens of Krakoa were demanded to go through the gates and then they were closed.

Most of them turned up at a huge desert, most likely of earth, as no telepath can reach them.

A large other group went to planet Arakko, but we have not seen them yet.

A smaller group (they mentioned a dozen) ended up on Vanaheim.

Let's see who were on Krakoa and of who we know turned up somewhere and please help out, so we have a good overview.

In Alpha flight 1, there is the Krakoa North refuge in Canada with Northstar, Aurora, Fang, Nemesis, Argent and maybe Janus.

I also noticed X-men (the book) called out that they can't find their heavy hitters and call out Polaris and Sunfire. So hopefully we get some explanation of where they are.
