It depends entirely whose writing them. Early Ron Marz/ Grant Morrison Kyle Rayner is quite different from the character in the Geoff Johns era, for example and it's entirely true for all of the characters.
My favourites are pretty much...
Kyle (early Marz run and Morrison's JLA)
Hal Jordan (New Frontier)
John Stewart (Mosaic)
John Stewart (JLU)
Guy Gardner (JLI)

I voted for Kyle, though I really like how Kyle and Guy are White and Red now respectively. I like how Kyle is the imaginative one and really embodies the superhero who helps others. Second for me is Hal, he is the definitive GL and really fun character, especially when interacting with other heroes. Then it's Guy who I've warmed up to over time. Then Baz who has a good concept that I hope they expand on, but he isn't in much at the moment. Lastly it's John, who I just don't find as interesting as the rest, I just don't find him very exciting; I do like his thing with Fatality though.
John Stewart is pretty much the only one I care about.
Hal, Kyle, Guy, Simon, John.
I grew up with Hal, so he'll always be the first GL I think of first.
A bat! That's it! It's an omen.. I'll shall become a bat!

THE CBR COMMUNITY STANDARDS & RULES ~ So... what's your excuse now?
Guy has the most personality out of the lot, so he's my favorite. After that, I like Jade (who you forgot to list), John, and Hal about the same (which is a lot). I haven't read much of Simon and Kyle doesn't interest me.
All of the above! Each one is awesome and cool for their own reasons.
The only two worth talking about are Kyle and Guy.
The real dynamic duo.
Hal Jordan - always has been and probably always will be.
I also like John and Kyle quite a bit. Simon is still growing on me. Guy is just an unlikable jerk.
