I'll always be partial to John Stewart, but I also like Hal and Kyle.
Hal Jordan
Kyle Rayner
(These two can flip flop depending on my mood; Hal's my fave right now though just because I prefer Kyle as regular ole' Green. Kinda tired of Ion/White Lantern/omniscient Kyle)
Guy Gardner
John Stewart
Simon Baz
Hmm even though I like Hal, if I were to rank them, it would go:
1. Hal
2. Kyle
3. Guy
4. John
5. Simon
"In any time, there will always be a need for heroes." - the Time Trapper, Legion of Superheroes #61(1994)
"What can I say? I guess I outgrew maturity.." - Bob Chipman
I was thinking of both of them as names which ought to be on the list of candidates -- and also Rond Vidar, who in the 1980s was established as "the secret GL of Sector 2814 in the era of the Legion of Super-Heroes." He'd had to keep his role secret because the United Planets had a law prohibiting GLs from operating within their jurisdiction -- something to do with lingering grudges about the way a previous GL had gone very, very bad and eventually became the villain known as Universo. (He was also Rond's daddy.)
Offhand, I have no idea whether there's ever been a "New 52" Rond Vidar who has possessed a power ring and been assigned by the Guardians to keep an eye on good old 2814, whether openly or covertly.

No fair: choosing is hard!
Simon have not been around enough for anybody to form an opinion on him
I voted for him anyway because I see a lot of potential in the character
Hal Jordan, mainly cause he's the one I know most about
I love the other 3, don't know who Simon Baz is
TRUTH, JUSTICE, HOPE
That is, the heritage of the Kryptonian Warrior: Kal-El, son of Jor-El
You like Gameboy and NDS? - My channel
Looks like I'll have to move past gameplay footage
If I HAD to choose, Kyle Rayner simply because I grew up with him and he was my FIRST comic book character.
(Green Lantern Vol. 3 #55 was my first comic book)
But I like all of them just as well.
