Ok, so Luffy's best strength feats are from the final episode where he's cracking and breaking stone pillars, and ultimately destroys Arlong Park with Gum Gum Battle Axe. Him breaking Arlong's sword is also pretty impressive.
Best speed feat is when he deals with Kuro I think. But that has the whole thing with Kuro being a speedster who only uses his speed to zip around and then stops to attack. They don't explain that Kuro doesn't really have full control of his speed, but I head canon that he stops to attack because of that. Maybe a clearer feat for Luffy is that he's able to react fast enough to the cannon ball Garp throws at him.
And in terms of durability his resistance to blunt force attacks isn't all that great, specially compared to his manga/anime counterpart. But he can take quite a beating and keep on trucking. Like when Garp sends him flying all over the place in the last episode.
So I don't think he's going that high up the MCU totem pole for now.

You think Luffy could beat Daredevil?
Might be able to beat Jessica Jones.
Would beat Shang Chi without the 10 rings probably.
You guys think Luffy would be able to take out Moon Knight and Werewolf by Night?

Yeah, he should wallop anybody in Defenders class, though he might have issues hurting Luke.
How are people feeling about his chances against Spider-man?
