Steve Austin, the Six Million Dollar bionic man
Terminator T-1000
Raiden of Metal Gear Solid
Adam Jensen of Deus Ex

1. No Sandevistan allowed for Adam Smasher
2. Adam Smasher can use any and all of his augments/cyberwear

Who wins in each scenario?

Not familiar with everyone on the list and not an expert on Cyberpunk lore but with Edgerunners feats…

He’ll tear the relatively squishy Steve Austin apart or just shoot him dead

Raiden he wants no part of circa Revengeance even with Sandevistan. Adam’s getting carved up.

Jensen has some pretty high end feats in comics and trailers, bullet timing, tanking explosions that vaporize people point-blank. As of MD he’s got formidable armor. He can take Smasher in R1 with a speed advantage. With Sandevistan active I don’t like his odds as well but maybe he can cloak/TITAN/Typhoon combo his way to a victory or two.

Adding on to ^, Typhoon is hideously destructive (in lore, and it's still effective in gameplay) and it'd counteract his Sandevistan, since, IIRC, he's capable of spamming it story-wise.

A T-1000 would kill Adam, as Adam has no way of liquefying the polymetal.
