Godzilla vs. Biollante or Godzilla vs. Destroyah for me probably.

Unless OP's intention is only counting films where both sides are previously established, then I guess Mothra vs. Godzilla.

Captain America: Civil War was a pretty good hero vs. hero film but doesn't have vs. in the title.

It isn't a vs, but she is against the world.

Phineas and Ferb The Movie: Candace Against the Universe

But I do appreciate the Vs movies. Except for one, which I hope remains nameless in this thread.
I think restorative nostalgia is the number one issue with comic book fans.
A fine distinction between two types of Nostalgia:

Reflective Nostalgia allows us to savor our memories but accepts that they are in the past
Restorative Nostalgia pushes back against the here and now, keeping us stuck trying to relive our glory days.

The only Vs movie I wish had gone nameless has already been mentioned like 3 times in this thread.

Bingo, yes. The fight in this one is a bit different from Freddy vs Jason.
Things I love: Batman, Superman, AEW, old films, Lovecraft

Grant Morrison: “Adults...struggle desperately with fiction, demanding constantly that it conform to the rules of everyday life. Adults foolishly demand to know how Superman can possibly fly, or how Batman can possibly run a multibillion-dollar business empire during the day and fight crime at night, when the answer is obvious even to the smallest child: because it's not real.”

There was a Puppet Master vs. Demonic Toys, but it was really bad. There was also a Dollman vs. Demonic Toys, but I never watched that one.
