Why does the Vision look like Sinestro?

It looks like Vision, so I can't really complain in that respect but it seems like any male character designs for the Avengers films tend to use the same material and weird lines in places they're not needed. Vision, Hawkeye, Captain America and Quicksilver all seem to share it.

I think he looks great. Looks basically like the comic Vision.

I'm surprised they went with such a comic book faithful adaptation. I've always felt his look was gaudy even by comic book standards.

Well he doesn't have the super high vampire-collar (though I haven't read anything recent with him in it so maybe that's gone away over the years), but that could be so that you can eventually differentiate himnfrom Dr. Strange and his masterfully ostentatious collar.

Wow, he looks great. The few changes made are fairly subtle. Can't wait to see him in action.

Looks great! Vision is my favourite Avenger, so I'm excited for this.

He is a constant. But not technically on the team.

As for War Machine funny I have seen promo art of the whole team fighting ultron bots no War Machine or Falcon.

Looks good to me. If they had completely reinvented his look, I wouldn't even care that he was in it. This way, I recognize the character -- and can enjoy his inclusion in the film.
