don't know much about razor fist but morgan really wasn't all that. in the manga, he was strong enough to split the ground with his axe hand, so he has some degree of super strength but it was really minor compared to luffy who was knocking out sea kings at his earliest.
Comic or movie version of Razor Fist? Not sure if it makes a big difference.
Comic Razor Fist was a guy who basically had blades on his hands (or hand, depending on which Razorfist it was - there was the guy with the blade on his left, the guy with the blade on his right, and the guy with blades on both hands, yeah, they were brothers, it was a little... *wiggles hand*) who was 'good enough to give Shang Chi a fight' but ultimately gets his rear handed to him.
Shang blitzes the second incarnation of him, as an example, hitting him five times in the space of time it takes Razorfist to attack him once.
The character has never really been more than a B-lister, showing up to be 'villain of the day' or, more often, part of a group of villains, and gets his rear booted around each time.
Why are we here?
"Superboy Prime (the yelling guy if he needs clarification)..." - Postmania
"...dropping an orca whale made of fire on your enemies is a pretty strong opening move." - Nik
"Why throw punches when you can be making everyone around you sterile mutant corpses?" - Pendaran, regarding Dr. Fate
hmmm. i'd say he could beat morgan then. dude was literally the second villain luffy fought and really, he wasn't anything special. like i said, he had a good degree of super strength but early luffy still cleaned his clock without using much of his devil fruit.
After watching that clip, I think Razorfist could take him easily. Axe seems slow and sloppy with his fighting style with Razor was always show to be at least somewhat fast and skilled.
I'll tentatively agree with the posts above. That's a lot of superstrength, but at the same time unless Morgan is super-durable as well, on a level where blades used by a comic book martial artist don't appreciably injure him, Razorfist is going to cut him up.
He's not Shang, not nearly Shang, but at the same time he's a comic book martial artist on a similar level to Zaran and other B-listers.
I just look at that 'cuts the ground in twain' strike of Morgan's and, well, Razorfist does not want to get hit with that kind of strength.
So sure, I'll go with 'Razorfist takes it, but he's sweating bullets the whole time because one hit and he's a goner.'

Live action version of Ax Hand Morgan caught a punch from Luffy at 0:28 who WAS using his powers, not just basic punches and kicks:
Live Action version of Razor Fist, however, had super-headed blades, which may or may not be a factor against the metal of Morgan's ax hand.

I think that he's more skilled and less of a brawler than his manga/anime counterpart. But not as strong.
The live action cast don't have feats for beating up building sized sea monsters, or splitting the ground in Morgan's case. So they're not as strong as the original versions.

Yeah, LA Morgan actually gives out a fight than being throughly shown to be outclassed as in the source material...But nowhere near as ridiculously strong.
Still one hell of a spectacle when a character shows something fairly close to their manga counterpart...Mihawk destroying a massive ship with a single sword swing comes to mind.
LA Luffy can shatter stone with his punches, so catching hits from him isn't nothing. Just not as impressive as it would be for Manga luffy
