Are those some sort of placeholder FX? I hope so.
I hate to say, it looks pretty crappy. Some steampunk robot octopus? Huh?
I can see this crashing out like Black Adam and whatever the last one was called.
It's interesting, because this is a sequel to a billion dollar film, the highest grossing DC movie ever globally. And it looks exactly the same as the first one. I get the pessimism with The Marvels, because it looks and feels really different, features two unknown characters as co-leads, and isn't coming between Avengers movies. But Aquaman 2 seems like it should not flop unless the marketing is just terrible.
I hope they show a conversation interrupted by an explosion in the trailer.
As a big Aquaman fan I was 90% pleased with the Arthur's big screen solo film. I like Mamoa and have seen him in several things.
I hope that this sequel does not flame out and go down with a whimper, I await the full trailer. I did like the bright orange tunic, it was more dulled the last time out.
"Freedom is the right of all sentient beings" - Optimus Prime
I hope they get beyond the ridiculous alcoholic drunk Arthur from the Flash - that was embarrassing.
Funny enough, I don't think this looks bad at all.
The first film was filled with CG and this looks like the first one.
Just another fun time in the theater.
Looks great. The first one was a lot of fun (saw it twice!) and I will certainly be game for this one.
DC is so weird right now. None of it counts and they are releasing some of their best films ever.
Every day is a gift, not a given right.
I grant you it it is hard to have a mug of beer underwater. I just found it offensive.
He looks pretty serious in this movie, even riding a seahorse.
