Still alive. 2001's Citizen V and the V-Battalion said she had dementia, but she was still around for Destroyer's funeral in Captain America #750 a couple of months ago.

She looks like she needs it, honestly. That's clearly some form of medical apparatus on her face. She's dying soon if she doesn't get de-aged somehow.
