    Default The best sling shot

For some reason, I cannot fathom, the Earths of our multiverse need to make a human sling shot to shoot a projectile into space. Superman will pull the bands to launch the projectile. It will be a one ton adamantium slug at the oncoming enemy. What's enemy - Galactus, the Death Star - I dunno.

The question is whom to use as the sling shot:

    Luffy
    Reed Richards
    Plastic Man

    Other candidate welcome.

Is the human being physically part of the slingshot critical? Because otherwise I’d just go with Magneto and kind of fudge the slingshot with a human railgun.

Just have Superman be the slingshotter and Captain Marvel (Shazam) be the shot. Deatstar: He'll hit that exhaust port, or the toughest part of the ship. Zero difference.

Galactus? Without P.I.S., the Celestials or the Beyonder better be the shot. As the saying goes: It's not the gun. It's the bullet.
    Power with Girl is better.

The issue is who would be the better rubber band. Whom they are shooting out isn't really my focus. I postulate you need someone like Kal to pull said rubber band back.
