Well,Plastic Man once declared to Doctor Polaris during a fight that his body doesn’t have Iron. I don’t see Plaz getting thru Magneto’s shields, Though.

But Mags can also control EM energy and electrical current (like mental synapses). Plus Plas isn’t walking off a black hole being opened in his chest.

Spacetoss is the way to go for Mags here. He can’t otherwise hurt Eel and he’s definitely not winning a war of attrition.

In fairness, I'm not sure he can do the first. I've read stories where Plas was basically immune to telepathy due to his brain and fundamental biochemistry and...well, everything not being remotely normal any more.
