I would give "Shazam" to Marvel Comics", while I give "Sentry" to DC. That way, Marvel can have it's own "Captain Marvel" legacy, with Shazam being the first "Captain Marvel", even if there are no connections with the latest version. Well, what I would do is have it that both the mystic version and the cosmic version would combine into ONE hero, who would have his/her abilities empowered by the old gods of the Kree, enhanced by his or own set of "Cosmic Bands" a gift from Eon. At least, that's the attempt.
Also, "Sentry" would be the result of the government's attempt to create its own Superman, in same vein as "Nuclear Man" from SUPERMAN 4: THE QUEST FOR PEACE.
This almost happened in real life. After the DC vs Marvel crossover the creators wanted to have Martian Manhunter permanently end up in the Marvel Universe and She-Hulk in the DCU.

Both companies seemed willing to do it but…
Ultimately, this deal fell apart, with the legal departments of both publishers deciding any proposed trade of characters on a semi-permanent basis would have been more legal trouble than it was worth storytelling-wise.

To my way of thinking, neither DC or Marvel would ever part with their top-tier A-listers, so you want to trade a couple characters who are B- or C-listers, have something of fanbase/following, but aren't currently being used in a way that best suits them. So with that:
Marvel gets Blue Devil - BD started out as a Hollywood satire meets demonic action but has since been relegated to some kind of quasi-barbarian guarding some otherworldly realm or some nonsense. This would be a chance to bring him back to his origins, and since Wonder Man doesn't seem to be too active in the Hollywood side of things anymore, it wouldn't be redundant. And his lighthearted nature helps to offset him from a lot of the demon/devil-themed characters at Marvel, like Ghost Rider or Hellstrom.
DC gets Iron Fist (Danny Rand) - There's a new Iron Fist running around Marvel and Danny has been relegated to barely a supporting role anymore. You can argue the legitimacy of why this is but it doesn't change the fact that Danny's wilting on the vine. Bringing him to DC gives him a new lease on life and, while there are lots of martial artists at DC, very few of them are full-on costumed heroes (and even the ones that are aren't known specifically for martial arts: Batman's a detective, Connor Hawke's an archer, etc.).

Swapping silver guys:
-- Capt Atom to the MCU where a powerhouse like him has a better chance of standing out.
-- Silver Surfer to the DCU because DC's cosmology is interesting and it'd be fun to see SS flying around it. And c'mon - Silver Surfer running into the New Gods?? Yes, please!
THE INCREDIBLE HULK--but just the 1970s T.V. version--with SHAZAM!--but just the 1970s T.V. version.
