I like the write-up for Miss A. If there was a power grid here, it sounds like they would have made her mighty (as opposed to other write ups that basically have her at street level).

It's possible that her abilities scaled to the times. In the 1940s and 50s maybe she didn't need to be all that powerful, because most of the villains that she faced ranged from normal humans to low mid-tier types. But in the present day, her powers would definitely need an expansion, because the modern era has more superpowered villains. Even some of the "street level" variety give superhuman heroes a challenge.
