I really really hope Tony’s in this. Acuna is one of my all time favorite artists and I want to see Acuna draw him more.

Would be cool, yeah, especially since Tony is a founding Avenger.

Did Avengers ever had one of those realtime and real aging history series? Like Spider-man and F4 did?

No, but they should have. I recall they did feature somewhat in Spider-Man: Life Story, especially given that issue 5 was a take on the 2000s-era stories like the 9/11 issue, the coming of Morlun, and the original Civil War, Civil War in this universe stemming from 9/11 convincing the U.S. government to press-gang superheroes into registration to prevent something similar from happening again and Tony Stark, as the U.S. Secretary of Defense (which he was for a bit in the early 2000s comics), leading that charge.

I'm excited to see what this is, if this is a what if that takes place in the future I'll be happy or if it's a Life Story I'll be happy, but if it's another "final battle" for the Avengers I won't be. We already got the best version of that with Hickman.

    I mean the universe ended.

Each Avenger died trying to save the world (except Steve and Tony)

To answer D.Z.'s question, the Last Avengers Story, a two part Prestige Format, by Peter David and Ariel Olivetti, if I'm not mistaken.

Yeah, but they felt secondary to the entire thing. It didn't feel like a real Avengers story.
