If I'm being honest, I hope whatever this project winds up being isn't anything that's been mentioned here. I feel like the hypothetical "End of the Line"/"Old Man Blahblahblah" concept is about as played out currently as pitting superheroes against zombie versions of other heroes. Ideally it'll be an in-universe, current continuity project, hopefully featuring characters who don't get a lot of attention and aren't part of (nearly) every "new" Avengers line-up we get.

    Peace
That story was fantastic. I need it to revisit it. I know I’ve got it as part of a bigger trade. I just can’t remember which!

I hope Tony's NOT in it, because I hate how Zdarsky writes him.

I think he had a decent Tony in his Daredevil run.

The fractured A image reminds me of Avengers Disassembled logos on those covers. Maybe it’s related?

That's because the avengers get the nod as being the default "Saviors"

It didn't feel like a real avengers story because they didn't get the "LAST WORD" so to speak.

It was crisis on infinite earths, but its a strange thing to think about how something doesn't feel like an avengers
story if they're not the stars of the show. Make me think "did infinity war feel like an avengers story, or should it have been called Avengers: THANOS.
    Hmph. interesting.
My priority is enjoying and supporting stories of timeless heroism and conflict.
    Everything else is irrelevant.

We don't know yet, all they've announced is what's in the first post, the title and creative team.

Art looks amazing but I can't help but feel like I've seen this before.

We were so spoiled in the past having Acuna on monthly titles, I cannot wait for this.
