Exactly! I wasn't sure if it'd be wise to make that comparison myself, but I'm glad to see others notice it too. There's shades of Kingpin present in this iteration of Hulk and I doubt that will change anytime soon. I don't see how Ultimate Hulk could realistically make any sort of a redemption arc anytime soon after what he pulled in UU #1.

Plus, considering that spoilers:

part of Hulk's motivation for causing the attack, aside from wiping out Tony, DoomReed and the others, was to create a means for the Illuminati to "take North America."

So it definitely sounds to me like Hulk will probably be in Peter's general area soon anyways to capitalize on the aftermath of what happened, as he seemed to be planning.

It'd be cool if it were Chameleon, since he was 616 Peter's first villain in Amazing Spider-Man. Or maybe it's Shocker, do an inverse of OG Ultimate Shocker where he's an actual threat instead of a joke, that'd be fun.
