This really comes down to Elsa and the Tzarina. The Night King's powers don't seem that relevant here, and even though he might or might not be "killable," I think Elsa could rip him apart, bury him, or etc.

Between Elsa and Katarin, Elsa surely has more raw, accessible power. Katarin can probably do more esoteric stuff given enough time and focus, but I don't think she'll get the opportunity here.
