Default Knights of the Round Table & Sherwood's Merry Men in Middle Earth

How do you think King Arthur's Knights & Robin Hood's Merry Men would fare in Lord of the Rings Middle Earth? Who would survive and thrive on Middle Earth?

Love to see the Merry Men meet the Rangers & Merlin against Gandalf

    Which versions?

This matters because their power levels, righteousness, motives, etc……all change between iterations.

Some of the KotRT (e.g. Arthur, Lancelot, Galahad, Gawain) probably have some random superhuman feats, but (other than Robin’s ridiculously accurate bowmanship), I suspect the Merry Men aren’t much more than Orc-fodder.

But even Robin’s archery is nothing compared to someone like Legolas.

If we used the ones from Stasheff’s Wizard in Rhyme series of novels they do have some superior than average stats (and Puck essentially with them).

But yeah, just the regular ones are just average joes.

Herne the Hunter has arrived and he has brought his avatar and his merry men.

the team might be inexperienced compared to the original crew, but they are skilled, and sneaky.

The Nazgul aren't going to see them coming.

I mean if they couldn't handle Scotland Yard, how do you expect them to handle Nazguls?

Do we count the Civil War when Lancelot betrays Arthur, or just pretend that doesn't exist? Because I imagine that Arthur would ally with Gondor and Rohan. Whom would help their ally in such a war.
