So he doesn't deny he has vintage pornography.

I dunno, I feel like Gillen is writing Shaw and Selene a little too mustache-twirling villain here. I get it's comics but this isn't the kind of goofiness I would expect from this series.

Nope. He needs to suffer. and suffer hard

Something like cutting his testicles and putting them in her eyes and viceversa, cutting his penis off or something that can hurt a mysoginist

Anyways he can always get ressurected with his powers so it's moot.

I don't remember actually. Was Moira's genome/memory wiped from Cerebro during Inferno ? Or could they actually ressurect her as a mutant ?
I don't think they ever considered it necessary to back up Moira. If she ever died, the timeline would be annihilated and she'd reincarnate in a new timeline. Restoring her powers is essentially a death sentence for the universe.

As for Shaw, they could, but why would they? He's a traitor who sided with Orchis and turned himself human. If he somehow dies, just leave him dead IMO.

Moira deserves to be a mutant forever.

Made her a mutant again a make her "undepowered" and detectable.

In that way she has to side with mutankind whatever she wanted or not

Blame Matt Fraction for Shaw being reduced to such a mustache twirling prick. Claremont and Carey crafted Shaw as a self-serving egotist who was still capable of doing the right thing if circumstances demanded it. But Fraction decided that nuance is for dummies, so he reduced a fantastic villain with a reluctant heroic streak into an abusive, domineering, misogynistic libertine who killed women for pleasure. Just flushed three decades of character development down the drain for no reason.

Yes. While in astral form, his psi bolts were so powerful against her that she had to run away from him.

Based on the pornography comment (which I loved and found hilarious), I can only surmise if it’s something that would make most people blush

It’s probably his special edition fleshlight or something.

I just can't with this book anymore. So xavier has stood in the same place with no food, no water, the telepath that can broadcast across the world has no communication with a single mutant on the planet, not a single mutant on arrako, he thinks them all dead and just stands there on the shore like a sad sack. this book doesn't deserve the immortal brand.

Wasn't it Gillen who wrote that?

Or maybe both of them, I think Fraction/Gillen co-wrote for a short time before Gillen took over the reins.

Why is Selene used for exposition in the vault scene? She's a telepath and she used to casually read Shaw's mind to foil whatever his plans were. Also she's not easily impressed...we all know how old she is.

Why is Shaw saying "Oh Selene. I see things are back to normal. Working with people I despise." Is he referring to himself or Selene? Are they really doing anything Orchis wants at this moment?

This was such a shite plan for Shaw and Selene to betray the mutants. They're not getting anything out of their Orchis alignment except Selene can eat people again. Shaw has lost his money and mutation out this mess so the pay off better be worth it...

It seems weird Orchis would give these two so much leeway when it comes to high-profile targets such as Xavier and Krakoa.

Emma's been checking in on him and trying to get him off his ass but for the most part he's not having it. He's consumed with protecting the island and killed some Orchis goons last issue. Hopefully this coming fight with Shaw will get him pumped enough to start being proactive.
