without warning you get a Super Power base on the shirt you're wearing, what do you do with your new power? Must be wearing a shirt with an image or a logo on it otherwise you get no power.

Oh dang, If I had advanced warning I could have gotten a WAY better power. But as it's an MST3K shirt about Crow and Tom bringing something back from the Dead, Movie Frankenstein style, I'm guessing I get some combination of wacky inventions, robots, science based resurrections, and/or the ability to trap people in a satellite-based movie theater and have them survive no matter what I do to them.

I have a Robert Downey Junior shirt on that I got for donating to...some charity whose name I forget. Does that mean I become Iron Man, or that I get acting-powers? Damn, now it's going to bother me. I donated to some charity, and one of the benefits for a certain level was a Robert Downey junior t-shirt, and I have not the slightest idea what that charity was. I hope my donation helped...cure cancer? Feed starving children? Give abandoned puppies a home?

Sorry, but I am Hawaiian shirt man. The ability to summon any fruity drink for sitting at the pool or the beach.
I think restorative nostalgia is the number one issue with comic book fans.
A fine distinction between two types of Nostalgia:
Reflective Nostalgia allows us to savor our memories but accepts that they are in the past
Restorative Nostalgia pushes back against the here and now, keeping us stuck trying to relive our glory days.
