Default Marvel reads for the Halloween season

Come on people, post your suggestions for good minis, one-shots, single issues, or story arcs that make good reads for Halloween. Please let's do anything like "every appearance of Ghost Rider" or "the entire Tomb of Dracula series." Let's keep it a little more contained.

I'll start off with The Supernaturals.

It's basically Heroes Reborn except with the Chaos Comics guys (Lady Death, Evil Ernie, anybody remember them?) instead of the Image guys. While not big on story, it really has a nice fun Halloween flair to it. It also has a colorist who can't decide what Black Cat's hair is supposed to look like.

Ghost Rider/Wolverine/Punisher: Hearts of Darkness is another goodie.

This is probabaly the best Blackheart has ever been drawn.

So, what do you guys recommend?

This creepy good guy was also called The Strawman….:

He had a few other appearances back in the day but these are the main ones I enjoyed as a kid.

The Supernaturals came to my mind first when reading the title of the thread -- before even seeing your full post.

Although it was an alternate take on all of the characters, it was a fun mini-series that came out in October. I love Marvel's 70s supernatural. I think the characters has a little more impact then -- as Marvel didn't shy away from horror elements (this is when the devil actually was the biblical Satan). A long time ago, Warren Ellis was going to write a Satana ongoing that pitted her against Lilith, daughter of Dracula. I wouldn't mind seeing that story actually take place -- and include Lilith's dad and Satana's brother as guest stars.

Can't beat the classics: "Dr. Strange vs. Dracula" a/k/a "The Montesi Formula" a/k/a "The End of All Vampires."

DRUID by Warren Ellis and Leonardo Manco - stunning repurposing of the loser Dr Druid character in a 4 issue followup to their end run on HELLSTORM: PRINCE OF LIES (issues #12-21 also recommended)

Both collected together in the HELLSTORM OMNIBUS

The meager beginnings of our beloved Elsa BLOODSTONE as a blonde BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER-esque character is worth a look in her inaugural miniseries...
