There is a good chance DC will just shelve the JSA after Geoff Johns leaves.
If they continue to publish it after, I like the idea of giving it to Kurt Busiek.
Robert Venditti could do a great job in it too, imo, I loved his Hawkman and his Wesley Dodds: The Sandman had a good first issue.
Hickman apparently had ideas both for Legion and the JSA, so if he still wants to do it, it would be something I would be curious to see.
Phillip Kennedy Johnson have done a great run in Action Comics, now that he is leaving it, sadly, DC would do well to put him in a Justice Society book.
Tom King is capable of telling some good stories, I loved his Mister Miracle and Sheriff of Babylon, but I dread to think what he could do with Carter Hall.
Yep, on a Word Balloon podcast this very month I think. He said it was curious that the JSA was the one DC property he'd never quite been able to connect with or have any ideas for, that he'd tried but hadn't been able. I'm paraphrasing of course but I think the podcast is linked a page or two back in this thread.
Will we ever get an explanation for how Geoff Johns can justify all those newly created "Golden Age" characters and how all those tubes wound up in the control of Rip Hunter and his team?Even if you try to blame the time displacements of the sidekicks on Childminder, there are still characters like Golden Age Aquaman, Golden Age Red Lantern, etc. that are suddenly there.
Currently(or soon to be) Reading: Alan Scott: Green Lantern, Batman/Superman: World's Finest, Fire & Ice: Welcome to Smallville, Green Arrow, Green Lantern, Jay Garrick: The Flash, Justice Society of America, Power Girl, Superman, Shazam, Titans, Wesley Dodds: Sandman, Wonder Woman, & World's Finest: Teen Titans.
Should get Alex Ross and allow him to do what he wants.
Good Marvel characters- Bring Them Back!!!
