Yeah, the current Blade book hands down one of the better books out right now let alone one of the better Blade storylines in a while. It would have been cool to just give to Bryan Hill. I guess if Jed can give Blade to type of characterization and love he's getting in current book then fine.
Vampires should be a serious threat. They can control the weather, turn to intangible mist, hypnotize people, control swarms of beasts, have massively fast regeneration, and superhuman stats across the board. That makes them almost as powerful as Storm, Vermin, Mesmero, Shadowcat, and Sabretooth combined. An entire army of such creatures, each rivaling a team in power, should be a major threat.
How much do you want to bet that they will completely forget about most vampire powers, and just make them fight like fanged zombies?

"This is me being reasonable"
Really curious whether they'll connect the events of Blade's book to this
Is it wrong that I am more interested in and looking forward to this than anything X-related? I am so HeartBodySoul IN!!!

Didn't DC have a vampires thing awhile back?
