Default Even Cranky Old Marvel Fans Have To Admit It's Better That________.

Wakanda, like several other hidden civilizations in the MU, had been more advanced than the rest of the world for ages, and not single-handedly dragged from savagery by T'Challa.

Bucky Barnes was a child soldier assigned to do the dirty work that would have been a bad look for Captain America (even if he didn't outright balk), rather than the camp orphan Steve adopted.

Marvel keeps making even more Mutant characters and NOT just using the Xmen over and over.

Cyclops is the one true leader of all the X-teams, not Charles Xavier, Magneto, or anyone else.

    This.

So many unused mutants it's just ridiculous.

    ... Frank Castle was sidelined.

It's unfortunate but real world politics tainted the character beyond rehabilitation.

The Punisher is what he always was. He was created as an antagonist for a reason, but sales were too tempting until his image began to hurt the brand.

Luke Cage stopped wearing the tiara.

    Professor X walking makes sense.

Thor should be King of Asgard.

Immortal Hulk was better than Peter David's run. (I put on my bulletproof shirt today).

Marc Spector: Moon Knight switching up his wardrobe/attire from time-to-time is a stroke of genius...

I can't think of anything thats better these days at Marvel. Damn....

Ask me about Image comics or any other independent publisher, I could name many things.

There are so many options to read Marvel comics and so many choices to find older stories.

While I do miss the fun of prowling comic shops for that one issue I was missing to complete my run/story, it is much easier to read complete older stories than it was in the past.

Yes it was my friend. I love the different looks.

All I wanted was to be unconditionally loved while never having to work on my flaws. Is that so much to ask?

Different tastes I suppose. That always smacked of gimmickism to me.

People say this, but they never have any proof to back this up LOL.

"The Marvel EIC Chair has a certain curse that goes along with it: it tends to drive people insane, and ultimately, out of the business altogether. It is the notorious last stop for many staffers, as once you've sat in The Big Chair, your pariah status is usually locked in." Christopher Priest
