I've never even heard of Glorith.
Cheetah wins!
Yay!
Choose Cheetah!
My, my! One does peculiar things when one is a gorilla!
What makes cheetah a threat and could any of the other cheetahs be a threat?
Fellow Cheetah fans - DC Collectibles is running a poll on which New 52 character they should make an action figure of and Cheetah is one of the choices. You can vote here:

I chose Cheetah.
OK, so back to the 8 Goals of the CATCAVE:
Having established that the Cheetah alone (alone!) is Wonder Woman's arch-nemesis and that the Cheetah is DC's greatest ever female super villain ... wait, just DC's?
I want Cheetah to be all-around greatest super-villainess, not just DC's.
How would all the Marvel female super-villains fare against the Cheetah (who survived all 10 Dis-Qualifiers) in the same tournament ...

A cursory glance makes me think that most of these gals would be gone after DQ5. But I know next to nothing about most of Marvel's female super-villains. Dark Phoenix is the one that jumps out as the most serious threat. Anyone want to pitch in? Which, if any, of these Marvel villainesses could survive all 10 DisQualifiers to meet the Cheetah in an all-time match?
Cheetah needs more love, her part in A.R.G.U.S was godawful. And the art eeeergh.
You know, I like this rendition. She's very alluring in a real world sense, which I think is important to counter balance Diana's real world allure. And that sort of look implies cunning and smarts; the cat look emphasizes the physicality--I think the Cheetah needs both (which sorta means I'd like her to have both looks). And I think this look would make use of a sexual predator subtext, which I also think the Cheetah needs to have (she's a figurative AND literal maneater.....).
Hmmm ... that leads nicely into the Fourth Goal of the CATCAVE: "Since only there is only one Wonder Woman, there is only one Cheetah."
One the many areas that the Cheetah could use improvement is the clearing up over her triple-identity.
I would really prefer that the Cheetah is one person, one singular irredeemable individual, with a host of other alter egos.
For me, the base or true identity of the Cheetah should be the one Marston created back in the 1940s: Priscilla Rich.
Debbie and Barbara (and even Sebastian) should remain as various false identities Priscilla can rely on when she wants.
Plus, "Priscilla Rich" has a nice symmetry with "Diana Prince".
Also, more of Debbie's look, less of the furry wet dream motif.
Barbara Minerva has grown on me over the years. But I would love to see the return of Priscilla Rich. She's my favorite.
I always liked the way Debbie Domaine was a legacy character.
The male Cheetah should be completely forgotten.
I'd like to see Priscilla Rich as a 1940s character, an adventuress or con artist or fake spiritualist or something, known as the Cheetah but without any physical resemblance to a Cheetah aside from a spotted coat or hatband or something. She fights 1940s heroes like Slam Bradley or Vigilante or maybe Zatara (although he already had a major villainess called the Tigress) or Scoop Smith or whoever. Lance O'Casey?
Through some artifact, Barbara Minerva and Priscilla Rich make contact over the decades and so Wonder Woman gets involved in a cross-time caper. (Baroness von Gunther could be involved. That way, she could still have World War II connections. She could end up on modern times and be a good villain for modern Wonder Woman.)
Priscilla Rich could stay in the past and wouldn't show up very often and Barbara Minerva could be the main Cheetah.
I don't know where Debbie Domaine fits into this. The modern-day descendant of Priscilla Rich? She would never be the Cheetah but she could show up as someone who gets kidnapped by Barbara Minerva, who wants to get at all the secrets of Priscilla Rich. After that, Debbie Domaine becomes a some-time ally of Wonder Woman.
My, my! One does peculiar things when one is a gorilla!
With Priscilla Rich she can take on another identity. I mean she does have multiple personality disorder.

I don't adhere to the idea that Diana is bi-sexual like some fans do, but I have to admit Diana/Cheetah femslash would be a thousand times more interesting than her romance with Superman or her almost-romance with Orion. I even kinda sorta view Barbara as having a one-sided lez crush on Diana in the New 52...
My fave version of Cheetah is Barbara Minerva from the Perez run. Barbara was as fearsome as the Cheetah in her own way.
I liked that Barbara had an independent origin that was horrific - it actually would have fit well into Azz (Perez' Doctor Psych too). Her DCnU origin is just a little to in the nose for me. Trying a little too hard to be a dark reflection of the Amazons with her aunt and the commune and everything.
A little too tidy, whereas I prefer symmetry that's a little less obvious.
