Assassins guild takes on Gotham City

The Batfamily has been compromised and now replacing them is the Guild of Assassins the Assassins Creed series.

They have been given brief descriptions of appearance and crimes committed by each villain

They are hunting to kill

The Joker and Harley Quinn; in a warehouse, Gang of 100 thugs armed, 2 Hyenas.

Rhas Al Ghul; on an island off of Gotham city, 100 assassins and Bane

The Penguin and Two-face; Both in the Iceberg Lounge with 100 Goons

Killer Croc; prowling the sewers

Mr. Freeze, Poison Ivy, and Firefly; in a laboratory

Man-bat; flying around Gotham

The Riddler and The Mad Hatter; random apartment in Gotham, leaving clues around

Professor Pyg, Victor Zsasz, Scarface; In a butcher shop

Can they take down these villains or will they fall?

Everyone is fully equipped with their best gear.

Well, Kassandra/Alexios, at their best, are demigods for all intents and purposes. With the only other Assassin coming close to challenging them close quarters being Connor. And many of the other ones have weapons and equipment that is drastically out of date (Bayek coming from 2000 years ago alone, is badly out of date).

As for dealing with the criminals, it depends on which Joker we have. Sometimes he's almost as broken as Batman when it comes to predicting things, other times he's downright comical in random things happening to him. Outside of him, Ivy would be the only true challenge, as poisons simply don't work on her, stabbing/cutting her won't do much, and carrying a flamethrower is kind of a giveaway. But overall, aside from R'as, the Assassins shouldn't have much issue with these people. R'as, unlike most, has not only lived centuries, but has run his own assassin group. So he could be trouble. Unless its Kass/Alexios hitting him.

In this scenarios, Ivy is nerfed badly.

Mr. Freeze, Poison Ivy, and Firefly; in a laboratory

Even with best weaponry, there is NO way for any of those villains to be effective. Mr. Freeze counteracts any setup that IVY has and vice-versa. Kill Firefly first and you set a fire that takes the other two out. Ivy would be better off alone (or with Harley/Catwoman) than those two.
