    Congratulations to WestPhillyPunisher for a truly excellent cover which covers our buddy Monty to a T.

    The Peak of the Week and what the captain has learned is that Bosses are a big part of our everyday lives. as such, they are a common trope for various forms of media. But for those of us who are superhero fans (and yeah, that's a lot of us), there has been a marked decrease in personal lives and work experience for our heroes (and villains, but then, why don't villains have to struggle with that stuff, oh well). Characters pretty much fight world threatening menaces 24/7/365.24. The hero's boss is gone, unless they are big like Jonah or Perry. And that makes many of us sad.
