so Batman takes vacation and Mr.Bean for some odd multiversal shenanigans becomes Batman's replacement and is now the acting Batman for a month. What could possibly go wrong?

Question: Remind me, does Mr. Bean get into situations and make them worse? Or does he create accidents that end up in his favor (ie, mistakingly wins)?
The Recipe for Disaster asks for Blasphemy, but as for me, ask for me, I give it gravity.
